  • 1988 Graduated from Yamaguchi College of Arts, Department of Life Arts
  • 1989 Submitted to and selected for the first time for the Japan Traditional Kōgei Exhibition (selected 18 times from this year onward)
  • 1993 Selected for the Japan Ceramic Art Exhibition for the first time (nominated for award once, selected 6 times)
    Recommended as Full Member of the Japan Kōgei Association
    Artwork purchased and added to the collection of the British Museum
