  Graduated from Wajima Urushi Art Technical Training Center, Chinkin department

  Selected for the 27th Japan Traditional Kōgei Exhibition for the first time
• 1993
  Designated as "Traditional Craftsman" by the Minister of International Trade and Industry
• 1994
  Assistant lecturer at Wajima Urushi Art Technical Training Center (until 1998)
  Selected for the 11th Lacquerware Traditional Kōgei Exhibition for the first time
• 1995
  Designated as Successor of Chinkin Techniques for Important Intangible Cultural Property, Wajima
• 1998
  Lecturer at Wajima Urushi Art Technical Training Center (up to now)
