Black glass, silver leaf and transparent glass applied on the inside.
Patterns of waves carved on the silver-leafed black base. The surface is sandblasted with thin lines and lens shaped cuts added. The overlapping silver leaf create the scenery.

Techniques Used
Kiriko cut glass
Kiriko cut glass is made by using rotating grinders or diamond wheels to cut geometric patterns and curves into the surface of finished glass vessels.
