  Born in Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo

  Graduated from Tachikawa Daisan Junior High School, Tachikawa City, Tokyo

  Graduated from Tokyo Metropolitan Kogei High School, Woodwork Course
  Joined Kamakurabori manufacturer Hakkodo Co., Ltd. and studied wood joinery and hollow work

  Selected for the 11th Japan Traditional Kōgei Exhibition for the first time

  Studied wood turning at Konishi Woodworking Studio in Shogawa Town, Toyama
