- 1949Born in Kyoto City
- 1970Graduated from Kyoto Prefectural University Women's College
- 1975Studied under Kokei Yoshida, Westren-style painter of the Kofukai Art Association and Japan Fine Arts Exhibition (Nitten)
- 1988Studied under kirikane artist Kisho Kitamura and started kirikane
- 1991Applied kirikane to the Bishamonten Statue in Kuramadera, Kyoto
Applies kirikane to Buddha statues from this year onward - 1995Selected for the 42nd Japan Traditional Kōgei Exhibition for the first time
