- 1946Born in Namikata Town, Ehime Prefecture
- 1970Graduated from Okayama Shoka University
- 1972Went on a ceramics study tour to 47 countries
- 1975Built his kiln "Taisogama Workshop" in Higashihiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture
