Style

I try to express things that I've been moved by in nature and every day life in my textiles. I weave curved lines and diagonal lines in my textiles and create a dynamic composition with delicate weaving. I hope I can make those who see and wear my kimonos happy.

  • 2010
    Graduated from Kyoto University of the Arts, Correspondence Course, Faculty of Art and Design, Department of Fine Arts, Textiles Course (Starts learning textiles)
  • 2013
    Attends the Wazazemi Workshop at Kyoto Art Center
    Submits to the "Wazazemi Presentation" at Kyoto Art Center, Japanese-style Room "Meirin"
  • 2016
    Received guidance from Japan Kogei Association Full Members Takumi Hosomi and Ei Miyairi as a member of the "Wazazemi Study Group"
  • 2017
    Selected for the 80th Kyo Exhibition at Kyoto City Kyocera Museum of Art
    Three Textile Artists Exhibition "shoku" at the Kaleidoscope Museum of Kyoto Art Gallery
