Style
Creating textiles by dyeing and weaving while living in nature.
Living in Okusaga, Kyoto, she met Fukumi Shimura. She also visits her other house in Toin, located behing Mt. Atago frequently.
She weaves threads dyed with plum and cherry trees in spring, trees and nuts of Japanese magnolia in the winter, and mugwort and madder root from the fields. She also grows indigo plants in her fields.
