- 1968Born in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture
- 1994Completed his Master’s Degree in Ceramics at the

Style
My major theme is the unification of shapes and patterns. I learn from nature and closely listen to the voice of materials; through this approach I want to create ceramics characteristic of myself and for our own times.
