Biography
- 1968Born in Nara City as the eldest daughter of KITAMURA Shosai
- 1988Graduated from the Kyoto Women’s Junior College, majoring in Japanese Language
- 1992Upon marriage started lacquerwork, the family business
- 1993Selected for the 22nd Japan Traditional Art Crafts Kinki Exhibition for the first time
- 2002Selected for the Japan Traditional Art Crafts Exhibition for the first time
- 2004Selected for the Exhibition of Japanese Traditional Urushi Works for the first time
- 2006Completed the Training Course in Repairing Cultural Assets held by the Agency for Cultural Affairs
