Dyeing silk threads with plants and weaving obi sashes and textiles for kimonos using the takabata hand loom.
Producing textiles of plain weave, kasuri, leno weave, and other various weaves with designs based on natural themes such as wind, light, water and plants.

  Studied vegetable dyeing under Kazuki Yamazaki at Kusaki Craft Studio (– 2000, 2003 – 2005)

  Studied spinning and weaving in the UK under Rosemary Revy and Janet Ramaball

  Studied weaving and dyeing under Kozo Yoshida (President of Yoshida Hand Weaving Studio) (– 2015)

  Assistant at Yoshida Hand Weaving Studio Yokohama (– 2019)
