Shigaraki ware has been said to be rustic and simple since the old days, but I try to add uniqueness and dynamism to my artwork.

Biography

  Born in Benxihu, Manchuria, raised in Kobe

  Graduated from Tama Art University, Department of Painting, Oil Painting Course

  Started producing Shigaraki ware

  Built a kiln

  Built a semi-ground climbing kiln by himself
