Producing thin linen kimonos for the summer with jofu (high quality, plain-woven hemp cloth). Translucent kimonos with a smooth texture and refreshing look. Using hard-twist yarn to make textiles with crimps called shibo on the surface.

- 1990 Started to produce intangible cultural property of Ishikawa Prefecture "Noto Jofu" (up to 1995)
- 1993 Designated as technical trainee for the traditional industry in Ishikawa Prefecture
- 2009Received the New Artist Award at the 56th Japan Traditional Kōgei Exhibition (submitted for the first time)
- 2021Received the Iwataya Mitsukoshi Award at the West Japan Traditional Kōgei Exhibition
