Style

Producing mainly ceramics for tea ceremony as well as other tableware that are easy to use.
I am also seeking new forms of flower bowls and vases.

Biography

    Born as the first son of Yuichi Yamamoto
  • 1987
    Graduated from Musashino Art University, Department of Sculpture
    Received the Excellence Award for his graduation work
  • 1989
    Completed the Sculpture Course at the Musashino Art University Graduate School of Art and Design
    Starts training under his grandfather Toshu Yamamoto (Living National Treasure) and father Yuichi Yamamto
  • 1992
    Becomes Member of the Okayama Bizenyaki Touyuukai
  • 1994
    First Solo Exhibition at Marusho Department Store, Wakayama
    Selected for the Yakishime Pottery Exhibition '94
