• 2008 Awarded by the Director-General of Kyushu Bureau of Economy Trade and Industry
• 2011 Awarded as Excellent Technician of Kagoshima Prefecture by the Governor of Kagoshima
• 2012 Received the Traditional Craft Industry Award
  Awarded by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry
• 2013 Selected for the Ceramic Art Society of Japan Tobiten 6 times (2013 –)
• 2020 Designated as Contemporary Master Craftsman by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare
• 2021 Received the Medal with Yellow Ribbon
• 2022 Succeeded to the name "15th Generation Gyokumeizan”
