About the Artwork
Paul Cézanne, known as the father of modern art, drew pictures of nature under the slogan "feel, realize and realize the sensation".
Trees absorb water from the ground, deliver the water through the trunk, branches and leaves, then transpires it into the air, where the water becomes clouds floating in the skies at dawn, creating a beautiful scene of nature. This is a sensation created by nature beyond mortal control. I wanted to incorporate such sensation in our daily life, and tried to realize it in my artwork. I was able to create a flower that appears in "Journey to the West" that is said to bloom once in 3000 years, blooming in the real world. By taking a sniff of the scent of the fruit, you can live up to 360 years old, and by eating it, you can live for 47,000 years.
