From season to season my heart was fascinated with nature and the radiant beauty of flowers blossoming in gardens and fields, and I incorporated these influences into the concept and designs of my works. Dyes are mainly made from trees and plants, and for my yarns I stress the importance of the simple and warm feel of cotton; within these principles I carry out my work.
