Mainly using plants for the designs. I have been making colorful pieces with color glazes using the kakewake method (applying different color glazes, but in recent years, I am making monotone pieces to stir up people's imaginations more and to make them appeal to the heart. I'm also trying to express the acts of small creatures on the vessels so that those who see them can enjoy the story within the vessel. I always think that nature is full of things that people think are beautiful, and those become hints for my designs. I would like to express the graceful, yet strong power of nature in my artwork.
