Comment on Award
I am very honored and deeply humbled to receive this award.
I used canola flowers as the motif and designed this with the image of a field of canola flowers stretching out. At the hemline, I placed overlapping leaves and stems, and going up, I expressed the image of the mountains, sky, and flower field stretching out to the distance. I named this piece"Yūkei", meaning playing within the scenery, hoping that people could enjoy the feeling of looking around and enjoying the different scenes of nature.
