    Style

    Using ash glaze and celadon which are the basics of glazed ceramics, I am seeking to make an original style of ceramics by bringing out their charm and beauty to match our modern life style.

      Born in Tokyo
      Studied and trained in Hagi, Shigaraki and Iga
    • 1984
      Built a climbing kiln in the Tanzawa mountains, Kanagawa Prefecture
    • 2001
      Nominated Artist at the 16th Japan Ceramic Art Exhibition
    • 2005
      Invited Artist at the 18th Japan Ceramic Art Exhibition
    • 2007
      Invited Artist at the 19th Japan Ceramic Art Exhibition
    • 2009
      Invited Artist at the 20th Japan Ceramic Art Exhibition
