      Graduated from Kochi University, Faculty of Education, Arts and Crafts Course

      Studied under lacquerware artist Tomoko Suemori

      Becomes research member of the Kagawa Urushi Lacquerware Institute (– 1997)

      Selected for the 19th Lacquerware Traditional Kōgei Exhibition for the first time
