  Judge at the Japan Traditional Art Crafts Exhibition

  His work submitted to the 25th Japan Traditional Art Crafts Exhibition was collected by the Agency for Cultural Affairs (currently with the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo)

  His work submitted to the 27th Japan Traditional Art Crafts Exhibition was collected by the Agency for Cultural Affairs (currently with the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo)
  First solo exhibition at Osaka Takashimaya
• 1981
  Two-men exhibition with Eun Jung Chang titled “Dolls and Calligraphy” at the Zennichi Art Museum in Gwangju, Korea

  Commended by the Governor of Osaka for Distinguished Service in Crafts
